“Best dental clinic in town. The service is not only top tier and professional but also very warm and human. Dr Mawlawi has been in business for over 40 years, gives university lectures in dentistry and has shown me an absolute master’s skill by personally removing my impacted wisdom teeth in record time with zero complications. He was able to surround himself with an excellent team and is always there to help perfect their technique and soften the vibe. My teeth weren’t in the best shape but now they’re bulletproof, clad in porcelain after years of being a client. Zero upselling and very honest service, this place is a blessing. “Service incredibly slow. The first time was waiting 30 minutes and I went to see the receptionist and she went to check the back and I overheard the hygienist say ‘oh I didn’t know I had a patient, I didn’t look at my schedule’ … she called me and I went to the back and she was eating chips and drinking soda … second time; 40 minutes late for my appointment and the dentist had me lie down and then disappeared and I was looking for him and the hygienist in training says ‘are you in a rush?’ Huh??? I answered, my appointment was at 10, not 10:40?? ‘Oh ok I’ll go get the dentist’ … second time there and second time over 30 minutes late. Was about to get up and leave but was finally my turn. “Dr. Kano is the worst, most arrogant dentist ever. I've been with them since 2012. Recently, things have come up that I had to change my appointment 3 times. I even called. The third time, he calls me back, personally, to say they've closed the file and to find another dentist! “I’ve been getting treated there for the past 5 months by Dre Maya Elyas and she’s been amazing! She really shows how much she cares about her patients and doesn’t let me leave before making sure everything is okay. She is attentive to details and every time she treats any of my teeth i feel 0 pain! Her assistant Alejandra is also very good, making sure i’m very comfortable during my treatment.
