Went there more than 4 years ago, this was the start of my nightmare…I had a cap (done in the States) fell at the time, I would like them to stick it back. They did but didn’t properly sealed it….Since the tooth already had root canal done, I didn’t feel anything wrong. A few months later I moved to Ottawa, the cap fell and the whole tooth was full of black rotten mix, so disgusting and stinky. As a result, I had to do an implant at the age of 25…One tooth missing for 6 months resulted in imbalance in pressure across different teeth and made the tooth in front fractured. Now I have to go through another root canal, plus the doctor told me there’s self absorption of this tooth that causes endless pain. I’m only 29. I do not wish to destroy anybody’s reputation or do anything regarding this matter. I am just suffering too much, both physically and financially.

I can not recommend this clinic enough. From start to finish, the entire experience was a 10/10. When calling to book my appointment, the receptionist was genuinely happy to help me out. They sent the intake form before-hand so I didn't have to waste time in the waiting room scribbling pen on paper. When I arrived for my appointment, I wasn't just acknowledged, I was *welcomed* into the clinic space. This is a subtle, but important difference in building a client experience. The hygienist that performed my cleaning was kind, thorough, and efficient. She took the time to talk to me about what care I was looking to receive and didn't push any extras that many clinics in my past have done. She did a wonderful job at making sure I was understood and properly cared for. During the cleaning, the Dentist popped by just to check in and introduce herself. I wasn't receiving any diagnostic work, so this was not necessary to my treatment, but she still went out of her way to welcome me into her clinic and build rapport. I was never made to feel as though I was being rushed out. I was never made to feel as though I was just an income-generating resource. As a newcomer who is still working on his French, the staff was incredibly welcoming and never made me feel like it was inconvenient to speak to me in English. All of the equipment was modern and the spaces were well-decorated. I have worked in the hospitality industry for over 10 years. This clinic could be used as a case-study on exactly what to do to retain customers. Despite coming in to take advantage of the StudentCare Network, my visit to this clinic still felt like a luxury experience. Seriously, if you are looking for dental care in Montreal, this is the one. The only note I would suggest to the clinic would be to change their intake form from an edited and emailed PDF to an online questionnaire. Foundationally, PDFs are meant to be a way of sharing *final* documents and prevent accidental editing. Even with fillable fields, editing a PDF is quite difficult to do on Windows computers and mobile phones. Instead, using a secure e-questionnaire would allow the user to input all of the required information without having to fight with a PDF editor. Otherwise, again, absolutely flawless experience.

I’ve been to this clinic twice. On the positive side, the office itself is beautiful, with a great view from the window and a very pleasant atmosphere overall. However, there were also a few downsides for me personally. First, this is subjective, but both treatments felt more painful than my experiences in other clinics. I’m not sure why — maybe I was just unlucky or the fillings were more complicated than expected. Second, the final price ended up being higher than the amount originally discussed because some additional procedures were needed during the treatment. It wasn’t a huge difference, but still a little unpleasant when the cost changes unexpectedly. The biggest issue for me, though, was the finishing/polishing of the fillings. Both times, the tooth was left with a small sharp edge that my tongue kept catching on afterward, which was quite uncomfortable. What made it worse is that the dentist left very quickly after the procedure, while I was still numb from the anesthesia, so it was impossible to notice the problem immediately. If this had happened only once, I would probably consider it an accident. But since the same thing happened with a second tooth as well, it unfortunately started to feel more like a pattern than a coincidence. That is the main reason why I’m lowering my rating.

I’ve been a patient at this dental clinic for the past seven years, and my experience has been consistently excellent. Due to my previous orthodontic treatment, I require teeth cleanings four times a year, and the level of care I receive each visit is outstanding. I would especially like to highlight Julie, who is truly one of the best dental hygienists I have ever encountered. She is exceptionally patient, attentive, and highly skilled at what she does. Her professionalism and gentle approach always make each appointment comfortable and reassuring. Overall, I am extremely satisfied with the clinic and the quality of care they provide. I highly recommend their services.

I've been going for a few years now. Very good experiences with the dentists (as far as I can tell as a layperson) but it is the hygienists and admin staff who set this clinic apart. always good communication from the hygienist, Vicky. The admin staff are very accommodating and friendly and make booking and billing easy.

I’m very disappointed with the service I received at this dental office today. I called ahead to let them know I was running late because I had forgotten my wallet. They still told me to come in, which I appreciated. When I arrived I was informed that they would only partially complete my cleaning due to the delay. At no point during the call was I told that my appointment would be shortened or the cleaning would be cut down. Had I known, I would have rescheduled. Instead, I felt like my time was wasted and the communication was very poor. Dental care should be both professional and respectful of the patient’s time and effort. Unfortunately, this visit did not reflect that. I will not be returning.

I had a wonderful experience with my Dr Kazemian and the entire team. From the moment I walked in, I felt welcomed and at ease. The clinic is clean, modern, and very well organized. The staff is also friendly and efficient, which made the whole process smooth and stress-free. I highly recommend this dental clinic to anyone looking for high-quality care and a positive experience.

This is my first time being in a dental clinic in my life, and I did some research before going. I definitely made the right choice :) they provide excellent service. I was nervous at the beginning, but the whole team is so welcoming, kind, and professional. As I had quite a lot of tartar buildup, hygienist Annie was very patient and caring. She cleaned my teeth very thoroughly and did a great job. I can clearly see the difference, my teeth look much cleaner and whiter now. Dr. Pierre-Olivier Ouellet was very kind. He carefully checked my teeth and explained my dental condition in a clear and understandable way. The front desk staff member, whose name sounds like Safia, was also very helpful and kind. She assisted me with my student insurance coverage and helped prioritize my upcoming appointments. The experience was much better than I expected and really helped ease my anxiety about dental visits. I’m very grateful to the whole team and would definitely recommend this clinic.

I had a very disappointing experience at this clinic. I went there for a dental cleaning and because I was having tooth pain. Unfortunately, the cleaning did not feel thorough or professional. The X-ray process was also very uncomfortable. After the X-rays, the dentist simply told me that my teeth had problems and that I would need to go somewhere else. No treatment was offered and no real help was provided, even though I explained that I was in pain. What surprised me even more was that they later asked for feedback, but when I shared my honest experience, the response I received was defensive rather than understanding. Overall, I had a very poor experience and I would not recommend this clinic

Like most people, I used to dread going to the dentist, but my experience here has completely changed that. Annie, the dental hygienist, is absolutely wonderful, gentle, caring, and very thorough. Dr. Ouellette is professional, reassuring, and takes the time to explain everything clearly. Together, they make every visit comfortable and stress-free. For the first time, I actually look forward to my dental appointments. Highly recommend this clinic!
