“Maybe some of the dentists are fine but the Assistance's are very much not. I have several bad experiences and I wont be returning. Firstly, I was having some kind of allergic reaction to the metal in my Night Guard. They refused to tell me what kind of metal it was saying "You cannot possibly be allergic to it" Which doesn't make sense, you can be allergic to basically anything and then gaslit me that "You're just not brushing properly that's why it hurts, only where the metal is". Another time they pushed me to get my teeth bleached before I could get Cosmetic Fangs done. Not one person told me it would hurt or went over the procedure with me. I could barely do anything for several days afterwards the pain was so intense and the bleaching didn't really stay or have much affect. Then It came time for the Cosmetic Fangs and the Dentist was explaining that I couldn't get them done and was wondering why no one at all talked the procedure over with me and went into any detail. I even asked the Assistance's if I could see what the fangs would look like/talk about it only for them to brush it off and say you'll see at the appointment. I was also never given the same dentist or assistance's and just tossed all over the clinic. Overall terrible care with red flag gaslighting”

“I am a visiting American who has a high standard for dentists. Dre Nathalie Cachon and her team at the Institut Dentaire Grand Allee met that standard with stars! They were very cordial and spoke English, which I appreciated.. They were very professional in explaining my problem and the solution with the cost which was very reasonable. I appreciated that she explained every step of the procedure as she was doing it. The office was very attractive and sterile. The team was very professional and I can highly recommend the Institut Dentaire Grand Allee and Dre Nathalie Cachon.”

“I had three teeth repaired, but I had to get two of them redone at another center because food always painfully got stuck in them. Additionally, the decay in one tooth wasn't properly removed, leading to a root canal. Given the high cost, I was very dissatisfied with the quality of service and do not recommend this center. (** I noticed the problem in the first week and I no longer wanted to continue with your center. But I remembered to leave a comment about my experience for others. My only positive experience was the good treatment of the doctor and the staff, But the result was disappointing.)”

“Most chaotic place with mischief. They make mistakes of the codes so you don’t get insurance reimbursement, they contact you in a few months to pursue extra payment that they don’t even know how to explain, when you go for your follow up checks, they forbid you to see the doctor until you make the payment that you haven’t figured out what’s about because the insurance has not given you an answer yet. After you make the payment in order to see the doctor, they tell you time is out, the next patient is here, you have to go home and make another appointment. I spent almost 3 hours by bus (if you know the bus system in Quebec city) for the round trip, it was 30 degree that afternoon. Such conduct is breaking the law of Quebec healthy care providers. Stupid and savage conduct. Have to be fair, the doctor was nice and kind. I went to redo one teeth but these money-hunger admin did not allow me to see doctor, we looked at the papers and checked the numbers for 1 hour! I missed the appointment. It's all caused by their mistakes but the patient had to suffer! The worst admin with no brain and no heart. Later I was told in such situations when you are forbidden to see a doctor, should call police. Definitely stay way from this troublesome place!”

“Amazing experience here! Dr. Olivier was so kind and I really felt that he genuinely cared about me. I visited for a tooth infection, followed by wisdom tooth extraction, and they fit me in the same day I called. The office is also immaculately clean, feels very upscale. Can't recommend this place enough!”

“Good service from your arrival to the end of your appointment. Friendly and helpful staff mostly regarding the communications with the private insurance and regular follow-ups with the patients. I strongly recommend this clinic and Dr. Vachon.”
