I deleted this review after the dentist called to apologize. I’m putting it back because I had to throw out my dress from the blood stains, I still can’t eat on the side Dr. Lévi worked on, and I now have pain in my ear. My experience here was truly upsetting. The bib I was given didn’t protect my clothes, and so I left with blood stains on my dress that didn’t come out. That was the end of a visit that felt rushed throughout. The dentist seemed to be juggling patients, I barely had time to ask my questions, and at one point she sealed my lips closed with her hands. No dentist has ever done that to me and I found it careless. When I raised it, she said it was because of the anesthesia, but I was perfectly able to close my mouth myself. I also left my first appointment believing my cleaning would be continued, only to be told afterward that it wouldn’t be. They really wanted to get started on the dental work and didn’t care to explain the last minute change which when addressed, I was just told in a dismissive tone that it will be done another time. I waited more than 20 minutes at my first visit. At the second, I waited 30 minutes and had already walked out before the dentist came running after me. I was told the delay was because I hadn’t confirmed, but I had called ahead specifically to avoid that after receiving the confirmation email. If confirmation is mandatory, patients should be told or rescheduled rather than left sitting. I don’t usually leave negative reviews, and I gave this office the benefit of the doubt once already. I’m posting again because the problems didn’t end when the appointment did. I’m not going to claim I know what was in anyone’s mind. I’ll only say that I don’t think I’d have been touched, rushed, or dismissed this way if I were a different person sitting in that chair…I do not recommend this clinic.

I am very disappointed with this dental clinic. I visited this clinic once for a cleaning. That service was fine. During the service I was advised by the dentist that I might want to consider a gum graph. They provided me a quote and I told them I would think about it. What proceeded was weeks of follow up calls to check to see if I was interested in booking my gum graph. After missing their calls they call my emergency contact for this non emergency procedure. It is so widely unprofessional to call an emergency contact for a non emergency and also divulge the dental procedure. This prompted my partner to call me in a worry thinking I needed some kind of emergency dental procedure which cause unnecessary confusion and stress. DO NOT USE EMERGENCY CONTACTS FOR NON EMERGENCIES.

I had a great experience at the clinic today. The dentist and staff were very professional, explained everything clearly, and made the whole process very comfortable. I was a bit nervous about getting fillings done, but they made sure I was fully numb and checked in throughout the procedure. Everything was smooth and efficient, and I really appreciated how friendly and reassuring the team was. Highly recommend!

The staff are very friendly here but I do not believe the dental services are high quality. I was told I needed to have a cavity filled that I literally felt no pain from last year and ever since it was filled I have experienced excruciating pain in the tooth when eating anything - hot, cold, sweet. I went in again afterwards literally in tears from the pain and they told me nothing was wrong which I find hard to believe since it’s over a year and I’m still experiencing pain. Decided to close my account here and I’ve not looked back.

The Boulevard team has got to be the best in the city - they never keep you waiting, they are very cordial and helpful at every turn, and the dental care is top-notch. Dr. Margossian has the highest standards and won't accept second-rate results, even for complicated procedures. I had a tooth broken off at the gum line and with a little heroic dentistry she saved my tooth and allowed me to avoid a risky $6000 implant. She has seen everything in her long, distinguished career, still loves her work and her patients - and it shows!

IMost respectful, patient, and explanatory dentist I've ever been too. I've never loved the dentist but this place makes it a joy to visit. Would recommend to anyone!

I hesitated to write this as the rest of the staff are lovely and my experience was otherwise positive, but I think it is important to share, as I strongly advise against seeing Dr. Margossian for any procedures. I had a gum graft at 11:30AM, which should have been a relatively easy procedure. Within 30 minutes, I was bleeding profusely from the donor site. I texted her to see if this was normal and she responded that she had already advised me this may bleed during the visit and that it is easy to control. Four hours later, still bleeding copiously. She calls me and continues to repeat how she's been "doing this for 40 years" and it's a simple surgery and I'm clearly not doing something right (applying the right pressure). At this point, I'm panicking a bit. I've been choking on my blood, it's gushing with big clots continuously flowing out. She made me feel completely incompetent and it felt she was unable to acknowledge there might be another issue, or give any constructive guidance. For example, my girlfriend asked "where exactly should he be applying pressure" just to reiterate and her response was to scoff and say "well the palate is pretty small." At this point, we call 811 and another doctor. We stay on the phone following their steps to no success. As blood is blocking my airway and it's nearing 8 hours later with very brief pauses, she states we have to go to the hospital. At the hospital, they're unable to stop the bleeding so I'm seen fairly quickly. There's blood all over the waiting room and my clothes, which I later needed to trash. Dr. Margossian calls around 10:30PM and again says "tell me exactly what you're doing because there's clearly a mistake you're making". I'm with nurses now so hang up to get proper care. She only then texts offering to come back to the clinic. The hospital staff reiterates this is abnormal bleeding and after many attempts to stop it and I'm starting to pass out, they finally find a coagulant that works. I stayed a few more hours for monitoring. The next day, she continued to text me the most bizarre and unprofessional messages. Stating she was ill with fever the night before but "still offered to come to the clinic" (hours later?), talks about how easy stopping blood flow is (clearly not in this case), and basically sounding like a total narcissist only talking about herself. No accountability, no follow-up questions, just crazy-sounding texts until I asked her to stop messaging me. Luckily we transferred my care to Dr. Levi who was very sympathetic and reassuring. I never had issues with dentists before but this was honestly traumatic and I hope no one ever has to go through that situation again.

Already 4th visit with Dr. Margossian She's been always punctual, very professional, skillful hands and impeccable in communicating the options to reach the perfect treatment. Very nice and welcoming staff. In other words an amazing clinic that I highly recommend.

I unfortunately had 4 cavities 'repaired' by this dentist. The one on my front tooth didn't even last a month, it broke, and when I went back to have it fixed she wanted to charge me a second time. The dentist I'm seeing now says the product she used on my teeth looks like a product that was commonly used in the 1970s (completely transparent on the xrays). She didn't put enaugh anestetic when repairing my teeth, I was crying from the pain and instead of giving more anesthetic she rudely told me I was bothering her. Do yourself a favor and avoid this dentist like the plague.
