“When I first met Dr. Kassab, one of the first things that stood out to me was how much time he took to explain everything. Before seeing him, I had consulted with several prosthodontists in town, but what I appreciated most about Dr. Kassab was his communication, patience, and genuine care. He never rushed me and took the time to guide me through every single step of my treatment. My case was complicated. My gums were inflamed, one of my teeth was constantly hurting, and I had been dealing with ongoing discomfort after previous dental work that unfortunately did not turn out as expected with my prosthodontist. I also had a space that constantly bothered me because food and saliva would get trapped there, turning it into a daily ongoing frustration. By the time I met Dr. Kassab, my gums were puffy from the repeated adjustments and multiple crown remakes with implant I had gone through previously. From the very beginning, Dr. Kassab gave me hope that things could be fixed. He listened carefully, understood the complexity of my situation, and approached my case with professionalism, compassion, and attention to detail. Most importantly, he made me feel heard. Today, I can genuinely say thank you. Not only did Dr. Kassab help restore my smile, but he also helped eliminate the pain that had been affecting my daily life. For me, being pain-free was the most important outcome of all. I would also like to thank the entire staff and his assistant for always listening to my concerns, being understanding of my background, and making me feel comfortable throughout this journey. If you are looking for a dentist who truly understands complex cases ( and considers aesthetics) and treats patients as human beings rather than just another number, I highly recommend Dr. Kassab and his team. Also, huge misconception I had in the past that I was told I had to go to a prosthodontist for my case. It is mostly about seeking a dentist that is passionate in regards to restoring smiles. “Really happy with this place, probably the best dental experiences that I've had. All of the staff are courteous, and sweet. Very safe COVID precautions, prompt etc. All of the hygienists are amazing and extremely knowledgeable, and Dr. Ann is so friendly ,and great with kids. “Dre. An is an amazing person and dentist, I've known her for around 17 years or so since I was a little child. She works great with kids in reassuring them (I have a phobia of dentists). She is invested in her patients, gives you the necessary advice and care, and goes the extra mile to make you feel comfortable. The receptionists are great, smiley and know you by name. 200% recommend this place.”

“I stumbled upon this clinic from Googling dentists near me and was impressed with the positive reviews patients had left, so I thought I'd bite the bullet (pardon the pun) and give them a shot. I have nothing but good things to say about An Tran-Viet and her team at Dre Tran Clinic. I have never liked going to the dentist and have never had a positive experience my entire life until I found this clinic. An and her team are friendly, positive, reassuring and treat you with the utmost care and respect. They treat you as if you're a human being and definitely acknowledge the fact that most people would rather not go to the dentist, so they go out of their way to make you feel completely at ease and comfortable and ensure that you have a positive, stress-free experience. An's approach with humour and light-heartedness is heartfelt and appreciated. They are professional, care about you and want what's best for your oral health. Highly recommended!”

“Good at performing basic treatments but still horrible dentist. No knowledge or she probably knew about the concerns & long term complications related to the methods she uses & decided that it wasn’t worth disclosing to her patients. My mom wasn’t alerted of the risks & dangers of her suggested treatment, the material used & how the amount used could possibly affect her. Her health has been slowly but progressively paying for it. Now, thanks to the tests she was asked to do after her blood work came back, we discovered how & why she was developing health issues + how to proceed. Unfortunately, we’ll have to wait until we can afford to pay more money just to stop the damage from progressing further + replace the dental work done but the damage is done. I also trusted Ann when she told me I was worried for nothing. Apparently, my teeth had superficial damage, nothing to be worried about & didn’t need any treatment yet. The damage worsened & now I need more serious dental work. I regret coming here. I am worried for my teeth & my mom’s health.”
