“As someone who works customer service, I am absolutely baffled by the service I’ve received over the phone while discussing with the receptionist. I will gladly take my money elsewhere and find another clinic. If your practice is important to you, then hire people who will actually try and help the customer instead of blaming them. Your employees reflect your company. ☺️”
