Late Cancelations and No-Show Policy:

Your appointment time is reserved just for you. A late cancellation or missed visit leaves a hole in the therapists’ day that could have been filled by another patient or individuals on our waitlist. We require 24 hours notice for cancellations.

No Shows & Same day cancellations will be charged full price of the appointment to the credit card on file. The cards on file will NOT be used to pay for appointments due to higher processing fees.

We do not accept any WorkSafe/MSP Claims at our clinic.

Please note that direct billing may occasionally be unavailable due to insurer system interruptions or policy eligibility restrictions. In these cases, you must be prepared to pay the full session cost upfront.

Welcome to Clinic Therapy First Time Patients: Parking: Complimentary parking up to 3 hours inside of Pacific Plaza. Direct Billing: We offer direct billing for the majority of insurance companies. Clinic Access: We are located on the 1st floor, unit #1055. Please note: Unfortunately, we can’t use client’s personal oil (to avoid allergic reactions to therapists). We do NOT offer massages in the same room for two people. Can’t find an available appointment? “Had a great massage with Calvin! I had quite a bit of tension in my back as I sit all day long for work. Calvin did an amazing job and I felt such a relief after my session and can now sleep relaxed. Definitely recommend!!”

“Very disappointing experience. I came in because of chronic muscle tightness and pain in my neck, shoulders, and back. Unfortunately, the treatment felt like gentle rubbing on the surface rather than working into the areas that were actually tight. The therapist didn’t seem to locate or address the points where I was experiencing the most tension. When the session was over, I honestly couldn’t tell any difference. My muscles felt just as tight as before, and I left feeling like the treatment had accomplished very little. Given the price（140+ CAD）, I expected a much more effective and targeted massage. For me, it was a waste of both time and money. I honestly don’t understand how this level of service meets the standard I’d expect from a Registered Massage Therapist. I’ve had friends with no professional training give me more effective massages than this. I left feeling like my muscle tension hadn’t been addressed at all.”

“Had an amazing session with Jiyoon Karen Kim!!! I truly can't recommend her enough. After trying out several RMTs across Richmond, I found her treatment be the most transformative. She focused on my lower back, shoulder and neck which have been consistent pain points for me. She was super thorough, really massaging into each tense muscle, making sure to relief the knots one by one. Pressure was really good throughout, felt like she understood how much pressure to give depending on the body part. I was extremely satisfied! She was also very kind, caring and friendly! She even recommended me several stretching exercises I can do, and explained to me when and how to do them. I felt very comfortable throughout, and you can tell she really cares for her clients' wellbeing. Thank you so much Jiyoon, I am so glad I found you! <3”

“Really lovely people and good service as well! Booked an appointment online and it was really convenient and straightforward. A lot of options there and they actually specify which ones are relaxing and which ones aren't. So this was nice. I booked a massage with Mia and like how deep she went. It's the next day now. And I'm still feeling some of the areas she worked. Appreciate how she actually gave me some pointers on working on strengthening the muscles that are actually a little weak.”
