“Clayton Heights Optometry goes above and beyond what you need/want! the staff are all brilliant and super nice, they do everything they can to make sure your visit is wonderful. They care about each and every patient so much, I've been coming here for 4 years now and I couldn't ask for better care! I recently lost my job and benefits, so the idea of having to pay for glasses and the exam didn't sit well with me. Dr. Mona Sandhu and her staff worked with me so I felt comfortable affording my new glasses and the exam! I highly recommend coming here for all your eye needs ! 🥰”Read moreShow less

“I was having some serious eye strain/dry eyes when I called this Optometrist location. They were very thorough in what the appointment entailed. Once I arrived for my appointment, the front-end staff (Optometrist assistants) were very friendly and took me through the first part of the exam. Once I went to see the Dr. I kind of felt like she didn’t want to be there, but then in time, realized she was just focused and went through the steps required to determine my eye issues. The appt went way longer than booked, but I think part of that was because my eyes were SO dry, she needed to re-start the eye exam with drops. (this is before the dialet). The Dr. answered all my questions thoroughly, went through the health of my eyes and advised me that I wasn’t blinking enough, and my eye muscles were very strained. It felt good to know what was going on with me/my eyes. She gave me some drops which have been a life saver and explained to me the difference between them and something like Clear Eyes or Visine. Maricar was amazing in helping me pick out glasses that fit my face and her feedback was so appreciated. I kept picking glasses that didn’t suit my face, that I purchased in the past and never wore really, b/c I just didn’t quite like them. These ones (2 pairs), I LOVE. I am getting compliments all the time and I feel super confident in them. My sister and her kids came in to give me an opinion and they picked the exact same ones, while there, they ended up booking an appointment and when they came for it, there was a miscommunication regarding costs and Nathalia (I believe this was her name) was so compassionate to my sister and the situation/miscommunication and the Dr. spoke with my sister directly and they were able to work something out around the miscommunication. Overall, I would highly recommend this place. Knowledgeable, friendly, compassionate staff, and lots of different styles of glasses to choose from.”Read moreShow less

“I did not want to get glasses today as I am a single mom on disability. I get sick when I have to spend money on myself. The kids I can justify. Myself. Not so much. I went in there and got not only the best help in picking which lenses suited me best but also which suited my income best. (HUGE RELIEF). On a side note I felt like I was just hanging out with longtime friends catching up even though the majority of conversation was regarding my glasses and sight. They took their time with me and put me at ease that when I left I had no buyers remorse at all. I will be recommending them to anyone and everyone I know.”Read moreShow less

“I gave an elderly neighbour a ride to her appointment. When she finished she said she'd felt nobody listened to her, that they just wanted her money and that frames and lenses were too expensive. I knew of other neighbors who'd been there and asked around as I'm in need of an exam. While most agree that prices are high, most say the doctor is "ok" but they also think its odd that she has such a high staff turnover. I, personally, am dismayed by the way my elderly neighbour was treated and that in itself is enough for me to seek my exam elsewhere.”Read moreShow less
