“I have been going to this chiropractic clinic since long before they opened in this new location. I typically go for both an adjustment and for message therapy. I’ve always had a good result in the past which is why I’m giving it a 3 star rating and not lower. I suffer with upper back and neck pain and the message therapist I have seen have always made it relaxing and worked on a deep tissue massage to get the knots out and relieve my pain. Never had a problem until I had my appointment with the male therapist. He talked all the way through my appointment which did not help to relax me. And he only gently rubbed my back without a deep tissue. I tried to refocus him to what I needed to have him work on but he wasn’t listening to my directions. “Today was my first time at clarinton's chiropractic clinic. My experience was not great and I think feedback is important in this industry because this is your body and health being impacted. To start, receptionist was unplease and unprofessional. I had to approach her to inquiry about my appointment as it had passed the appointment time. She seemed bothered i had my shoes on. Very unpleasant and hostile woman. Chiropractor was very pleasant and kind but he seemed inexperienced. I have been helped by two other chiropractors before and this was the first time i felt nervouse of injury. Felt like a was a guinea pig.
