“I saw Dr Mark Dyrholm for maybe a year and a half after a car accident. He was a decent enough chiropractor at first, although he had a strange sense of humor that made me uncomfortable. But we started having issues with both him and his secretary being short or rude multiple times and rushing appointments. I would ask him to check certain areas and he would forget or rush out the door or tell me he already checked something he didn’t. I got a pillow one day from him that I didn’t open because I realized when I got it home it would be too thin for me and I called about it to see if I could exchange or return it and he proceeded to argue with me that he told me it was non refundable when he never said that. When I replied that he never said that, he proceeded to argue more about it and refused to refund it. He also claimed he said things to us other times that I later called him out on and told him he never said those things and his response was gas lighting me, telling me I probably just didn't remember. I have an excellent memory. After that we were uncomfortable going back there and after the pillow incident, instead of apologizing or making things right with us, he sent me an email telling me he was releasing me and my husband as clients. We had an additional $2000 worth of insurance coverage for appointments and he lost that over arguing about a $60 pillow. I also told him previously about him needing to send my medical records to my injury lawyer multiple times and they requested them from him 3 or 4 times. He said he was finally sending them about a year after I started going there and 6 months later my lawyer still had not received them. When they finally did receive them after we stopped going there, they were not able to use the records to prove my injury which lost me thousands of dollars in my settlement. The unprofessionalism here was staggering.”

“Dr Twiss is exceptional !!! He is amazing at his work and sure helped me and many others I am sure . I went to Dr Twiss for about 15 years. I have moved out of Claresholm now. But I would highly recommend going to Dr Twiss !”
