“CITY Therapy is not worth your time and money. I had an appointment with Danika and it wasn't good. Her technique on legs and no-oil on sensitive areas are so bad. Using their tablet with auto correction to fill information was a horrible experience. They couldn't bill my insurance company for an unknown reason so I had to pay by my credit card.”

“Juliana Gallo! What you are doing would be an attempted fraud! Why would you submit or resubmit documents or my claim like you suggested over the phone? I have already told you that I talked to tye insurance the same day and they would reimburse me directly. Your company is a fraud! It is not what the insurance told me. On top of that your cashier asked me for a tip and left a $5 tip. That was also unusual. Massage therapy organizations usually don't accept tips let alone ask for a tip. It was a big mistake for me to go there. I don't need anything from your business. You are saying something different than what the insurance said because you got caught. Your business is a fraud. Continued success! --------------------------------- City Therapy is the worst! You should avoid dealing with these liars and charlatans. My insurance is Canada Life, good coverage, and after my massage I was told that Canada Life would not accept the claim and that Canada Life asked that I paid from my pocket and submit the claim. I found it odd because this has never happened before. I paid cash and proceeded to call Canada Life. Canada Life implied they at City Therapy were not accurate because all they needed to do was call but instead City Therapy cancelled the claim and told me Canada Life said I had to pay cash and submit the receipt. I called City Therapy and asked to speak to the manager, who's name is Juliana who told me that what Canada Life said wasn't good for them. "The response we got from Canada Life is not good for us," she said and started making excuses and being rude. No apologies. Then she asked me if I wanted for her to send the claim again, Helloooo this would be fraud because I already paid for it. What a bad experience! City Therapy and Juliana if you don't know how insurance coverage works, please, get out of the business! You were too lazy to get on the phone and contact the insurance company while I was still getting the massage. It's what massage therapists usually do. But because you are too lazy and unprofessional you lost business! You probably don't care but people need to know that you at City Therapy are shady, dishonest and shouldn't be offering such a service. That's my opinion. Contacting you waa my bad.”

“I heard about this place on Saturday and was able to book online for Monday. The emails were really helpful and easy to use. Especially filling out the type of massage you want, music, if you want to talk etc. Also was nice to fill out the benefits form instead of having to do it there. The place was easy to find! The receptionist was very helpful and friendly. She was also very quick too! I had Nicole. She was super nice and really passionate about what she does. I told her it was my first massage and she was really excited for me. She walked me through on what I should expect. She was really great with asking me how the pressure was. Also, she is just super easy to chat with. I will for sure come back! :)”
