“this was first time in to City Smiles and I was very impressed! everyone from the front desk managers to the hygienists and dentist were absolutely lovely. “I cannot recommend City Smiles Dentistry enough. Dr. Gill is an incredibly skilled dentist who truly understands how to manage patient anxiety. I recently had major procedures requiring anesthesia, and the team made sure I was comfortable and safe throughout the entire process. Beyond the medical care, the administrative side is flawless. The text reminders are super helpful for keeping track of appointments, and they made the payment process stress-free with direct billing (they also accept the CDCP, which is a huge plus). “Dr Gill is an awesome Dentist. I’ve had many bad experiences in my past with different drs. But Dr Gill makes you so comfortable and he’s very gentle with repairs. Rachel is the hygienist. “I have been visiting Dr. Gill’s office for 7 years now. The service has always been exceptional and the personnel at the office have always been very kind and friendly. I recently had an emergency tooth issue that they were able to accommodate very quickly and fix very efficiently.
