“It's so weird that my friend received a scam email from this clinic. There's a docsign-like link inside the email. My friend doesn't have any contract with this clinic. We have no idea why that email has been sent to her. Please do check your business email to avoid sending the scams. “This clinic is extremely poorly managed, and the doctor shows alarming negligence toward patients. Appointments feel chaotic, explanations are unclear, and there is little sense of responsibility. “extremely unreasonable and rude receptionist. I went there to make an appointment at 1:30pm. the receptionist seems mad at me and kept telling me in a angry tone that I should have called in advance to come and that She is on lunch break. “I have been a patient of Dr. Li’s for over 20 years. He is hands down the best dentist i have ever had. He really cares about your teeth and not out to make a quick buck money. He works with you and budgets with you. While other dentists explore your mouth for problems, he will look for solutions. I am so honoured to be his patient.
