We operate as a paperless business: complete all online forms 48hrs before your visit or your appointment will be cancelled.
A valid credit card is required for online booking to cover no-shows or late cancellations and to make direct billing easier.
Email Money transfers are the preferred method of payment, please add cindyodonnell.ca@gmail.com to your e-transfer list.
I do not provide direct billing for WorkSafe NB or MVAs. I’ll email you a PDF receipt which you can submit for reimbursement.

Due to the high demand for 1:1 Sessions, cancellations within 24 hours and no shows will be charged the full amount of the session as per our cancellation policy.
