“Had an excellent experience here for my dental cleaning. The whole team was welcoming, professional, and made the visit very comfortable from start to finish. “Highly recommend CHV Dental Clinic! I had my X-rays, dental exam, and cleaning done by Dr. Ng, and everything was excellent. He is very professional and patient, and explained everything clearly, which made me feel comfortable throughout the visit. The cleaning was gentle and thorough with no discomfort. The front desk and DA were also very friendly, and the whole process was smooth and efficient. Overall, a great experience. “⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️ I had my second visit to CHV Dental today, and once again, it was a great experience! The staff are very nice every time I go there. They are always friendly and patient, making sure to answer all your questions clearly so you won’t leave with any confusion. My dentist, Dr. Matthew, is also very friendly and professional. “I’ve had such a great experience at CHV Dental! I was able to get an initial appointment very quickly. I was a bit nervous as I hadn’t been to a dentist in a number of years but the team was very encouraging and gentle with me. I felt comfortable. The dental assistant, Jaira, and hygienist, Sunny, were fantastic and very kind during my cleaning. Everything looked so much better already. I went back for some work with Dr. Matthew and he did such a great job including some work on a chipped front tooth - it looks completely natural and I feel so much more confident already! “I had a great experience with my Dr Gilbert Ng on my visits. Recently I had started my SureSmile straighter, Dr Ng and his staff were patient, professional, and took the time to check that my second tray was fitting properly. They explained what discomfort is normal and answered all my questions clearly, which made me feel much more comfortable and confident with the treatment. The clinic was clean and well organized. “⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️ I rarely write reviews, but what Dr. Gilbert Ng accomplished deserves recognition. I came to him after several other dental clinics told me the same thing: “That back molar can’t be saved.” It was the very last lower molar — deep in the corner of my jaw, where visibility and access are notoriously difficult. Years of pressure from an impacted wisdom tooth had caused bone loss and gum recession, leaving the tooth on the brink. Where others saw an impossible case, Dr. Ng saw a challenge worth taking on. He explained, in detail, how he could perform a bone and gum graft to rebuild the lost structure — a complex procedure even under ideal circumstances, let alone in a far back molar where every millimeter counts. The precision required for that area is immense: limited access, tricky angles, constant risk of hitting sensitive structures — but Dr. Ng handled it with quiet confidence and surgical finesse. During the procedure, I could tell he was fully in control — calm, methodical, and focused. His communication throughout made me feel safe and reassured, even when I knew how technically demanding it was. Now, weeks later, my molar is stable, healing beautifully, and pain-free. What once felt like a lost cause is now a fully saved tooth — something I didn’t think was possible.
