“Christiennw Fallsview Spa is PHENOMENAL! When I first arrived, I was greeted by a heavenly aroma that instantly relaxed me. Val and Holly, who are the, receptionists greeted me and shortly after my masseuse, Jenelle came to retrieve me after I was served citrus water and seated to enjoy the spectacular view of both of the Falls. Jenelle was professional, kind, gentle, informative, and attentive. As a matter of fact, all of the staff were attentive and made it so that if you came into the spa in a bad mood, you certainly were not going to keep it. My body scrub treatment was amazing. My body felt so soft and smooth, and I felt so loved by this group of women, in this incredible atmosphere. I promised myself that I was going to come to this spa EVERY time I came to Niagara Falls simply because of the superior service, amazing staff, premium products, and the care that they showed me. Thank you so much, staff of Christienne Spa! You made my experience unforgettable and undeniably the best spa experience I've ever had!”

“I had such an amazing pedicure experience in Niagara Falls! From the moment I walked in, everyone was warm, welcoming, and professional. The salon was spotless, relaxing, and had such a great atmosphere. My pedicure was absolutely perfect—SHASTEEN was gentle, detail-oriented, and took her time to make sure everything looked and felt amazing. The massage was so relaxing, and my feet have never felt softer. My polish was applied flawlessly, and the results are beautiful. This was easily one of the best pedicures I've ever had. If you're in Niagara Falls and looking for a place that truly pampers you while delivering excellent service, I highly recommend it! Tiffany”

“My daughter and I had the best experience today at Fallsview spa. They were able to accommodate us with pedi for my daughter with Heather, and Swedish massage with Shasteen. Heather was amazing with my daughter. And Shasteen was able to reach the muscles I haven’t used before. Her touch was wonderful, relaxing, and firm. She’s an amazing masseuse. Thank you so much Fallsview Spa!!”

“Me and my husband came for a couples swedish massage and were handled with amazing care by Liz & Shasteen. Extremely relaxing and calming, great start to our day. Beautiful and clean space with an incredible view. Will definitely be back!”

“I went to the spa with my boyfriend and we got a couples massage as well as pedicures and I got a manicure. Shasteen attended to my boyfriend and Lauren attended to me. I loved that we had the same masseuse for the mani/pedis. Both did an excellent job (I do not think my legs and feet have ever been so relaxed). Shasteen was very knowledgeable, genuine, and motherly. Lauren was spunky and dedicated. They made our trip amusing and enjoyable, not to mention they both have amazing skills! The spa itself was clean, tranquil, and had the best view of Niagara falls of our trip. I would definitely go to this spa again, but have to save up for it as the price is high but worth it!”

“Memorable experience !! We took a girls day trip to Christinenne Fallsview Spa.Parking was validated.All 3 of us had no complaints about our Swedish massages.The view from the Hydro Therapy tub was breathtaking! I Highly recommend for a self care day! The facility was very clean.”

“I had a relaxing visit at this spa and overall enjoyed my time there. The environment was genuinely nice — calm, clean, and welcoming — and the staff were friendly throughout my visit. My RMT, however, could have done a bit better. The massage didn’t fully meet my expectations, but it wasn’t a negative experience either — just room for improvement. One thing I really appreciated was how quickly the receptionist responded when I mentioned the indoor pool felt cold. She took immediate action, which showed great customer care. Overall, I still liked the place and would recommend visiting — just make sure to be selective with your RMT when booking.”

“I had a wonderful experience at Christienne Fallsview Spa during our stay. I booked a one-hour massage with Daisy, and she was absolutely excellent. Not only was the massage incredibly relaxing and professional, but she also shared a lot of thoughtful wisdom that made the experience feel even more meaningful and memorable. I also want to recognize Shashteen, the technician who helped us get situated when we arrived at the spa. She was very welcoming and helpful, and she even assisted us with securing our room keys when we checked in at the beginning of our stay. Her kindness and attention to detail really set the tone for a great visit. Overall, the staff made the experience feel warm, relaxing, and well taken care of. I’d definitely recommend Christienne Fallsview Spa to anyone visiting Niagara Falls and looking for a great spa experience.”

“The view did not disappoint. The girls were all sweet and the customer service aspect was amazing. Other massages I’ve had were way better and so were the facials. Kinda overpriced in that aspect. However I did go down on the amount of time to do the facial so in their defense maybe it would have been better idk. We did the hydro tub, then couples massage, and then I got a facial. It was over $600. Price kept changing and also got hit with fees here and there so expect to not be quoted the correct price. I wouldn’t get a massage or facial ever again there, but would definitely go back to get in the hydrotub with that view. It’s a very unique experience and for that I’m not upset about the price.. I gave an extra star for the girls, because of their service and how they switched everything up to cater to me.”
