About the clinic

When you attend please ask anyone that is with you to wait in the car as we can not accommodate extra people in the waiting room. Please check your scheduled time and do your best to stay on schedule as we have increased the time interval that we allow for each appointment to facilitate sanitizing between appointments. Our goal is to maintain social distance and avoid congestion in the office. Lets all do our best to stay safe. We will do all we can to fit you in, in a safe fashion. “I moved to Vancouver Island in the last few years and needed to find a competent health professional to make arch supports for me. I have had arch supports since the age of 21- they were made of steel at that time and progressed to rigid plastic over the years. I am 77 now and cannot walk barefoot for any length of time. I selected the first place out of the yellow pages and was extremely disappointed with the supports I received which were made of foam. Needless to say they were not effective. Dr. Chris Anderson was recommended to me by Kristal Kidd LPN who provides extremely competent and professional foot care. My first meeting with Chris Anderson showed him to be extremely knowledgable about abnormalities of the feet and ways of correcting them. He has just made the scans and will be manufacturing the arch supports over the next few weeks. I am really looking forward to having appropriate arch supports that accommodate the problems I have. Chris is highly professional and his interpersonal and communication skills are excellent. I will report back after I have received the arch supports!”
