“I contacted this chiro first in his Ottawa clinic to get orthotics. had booked to get an adjustment appointment but when I got there he rushed to get the imprint for the orthotics and declined to even assess me for a treatment. I booked another appointment for an adjustment when I picked up the orthotics but the appointment was not booked. I picked up my orthotics. I had paid for two pairs but only one pair was ordered. I was told they would send the second pair to me when they arrived but I had to drive back to the clinic to pick them up. That is 1.5 hour drive for me. After what I saw at the Alonzo clinic I am glad I did not get an adjustment. The treatment room is opened. Only half a wall separates the waiting area from the treatment area. The receptionist can see the patient being treated as well as any client standing by the counter. There is no privacy. Everything can be heard from the waiting area. Mr Gillis is always rushed. Definitely not a chiropractor I would recommend to anyone.”Read moreShow less

“Jai commencé mes traitements sans aucune douleur mais à force de me faire cracker 3x semaine jai commencé à avoir très mal. Jai arrêté du jour au lendemain. Jai commencé parce que jétais curieux et dr. Phillis m'offrait un rabais mais maintenant je reste loin des chiro. “Je suis allé visiter cette clinique pour des douleurs au cou persistantes qui ressemblait à un torticolis. La physio/ostéo ne m'avait pas vraiment aidé alors je me suis dit que j'allais essayer le chiro. Suite à un craquement du cou du Dr. Stéphane Chillis, j'ai maintenant des douleurs atroces au cou (9/10) et je dois être médicamenté car la douleur est à ce point intense que je voulais m'enlever la vie. Tellement intense que j'en ai la nausée et des tremblements. J'ai dû essayer 3 sortes de médicaments puissants avant d'en trouver un qui fonctionne. Ça fait quelques mois et lorsque je diminue mes médicaments, la douleur insupportable reviens 🥺 Je déconseille donc évidemment tout craquement du cou. Ceci dit, je n'ai rien à dire de négatif de cette clinique et je n'ai rien de personnel contre qui que ce soit de cette clinique. Je veux juste partager mon expérience qui a tourné au cauchemar malheureusement.
