“I can’t say enough about how much Mitchell (physiotherapist) and Kevin (chiropractor) at Chiropractic Plus in Newmarket have helped me. I came in struggling with sciatic pain, and together they have been absolute lifesavers. Their knowledge, patience, honesty, and genuine care are so clear in everything they do. It’s rare to find practitioners who truly love their work and work so well together to support their patients. Every visit has left me feeling cared for, listened to, and hopeful. The clinic itself is always clean and welcoming, which makes the whole experience even better. I am beyond grateful for the relief and progress I’ve had here, and I wholeheartedly recommend them to anyone who needs chiropractic or physiotherapy care. It’s been so great that I finally convinced my husband to see the chiropractor as well. After just one visit, he’s been raving that he can finally move his neck — something he’s suffered with in pain for over 10 years. “I have debated posting this as I do not like posting bad reviews but find what happened completely unprofessional and do right misleading. Sign on front window clearly states walk in appointment accepted. This is not my normal clinic. I went as it said walk ins welcome but was told fully booked. No problem. Next time called made an appointment and said "I do not want the assessment just need a quick neck adjustment as I have a regular chiropractor". Was called by the doctor asking to move the appointment slightly, again no problem. I restate I do not want a full assessment, just the walk-in neck adjustment as I have a regular chiropractor. I get there restate. I just want neck adjusted no assessment. He says, "Let's just see what's going on." Finish the session and then states he has to charge me $125 for the assessment. “I have been going to Chiropractic Plus for some time. Dr. Kevin Spence has always been accurate in his diagnosis and delivers superb treatment which has facilitated less pain for me and increased mobility. There have been times I couldn't see through the situation and was frustrated. His expertise in his treatment plans has me returning to this facility any time I have joint/mobility issues. “I cannot say enough about Chiropractic Plus. I've been frequenting the clinic for a number of years for massage and I always leave feeling so much better. They are not only professional and thorough, but they are kind and really listen to what your issue is and assess the best course of action. Amy (my RMT) looks beyond the area of pain, and traces it further on my person to identify the source of the discomfort, not just treat "where it hurts".
