“I was having severe sciatica. My MRI showed I have severe arthroses in my lumbar region along with 2 herniated discs and severe stenosis. I had constant lower back pain along with the sciatica. I couldn’t walk straight anymore either. My osteopath suggested I look for a chiropractor with a decompression table. I was lucky to find Chiro Ste-Rose! My first decompression was June 20-2024 and for the first time in over a year a slept 6.5 hours straight and the next day I my back was feeling better and I was walking straighter. By June 25-2024 I cut my Lyrica meds from 300 to 150 mg. I also no longer had pain in my sciatic nerve tooling onto my right side in bed. I also started swimming at the local pool and am getting stronger after being a couch potato for a year! Today July 6th for the first time I was able to do a workout on my elliptical with 0 sciatic pain! I know it’s starting lol early days…. 16 days into my program of 2 treatments a week, but for me the results have been nothing short of miraculous. ! I can make a meal without sitting down, change the bedsheets pain free etc etc. It’s not 100% yet but I’m so happy with the results so far! Thank you so much Dr Michele Bernatchez!! “A very professional, organized and detailed atmosphere. I was lucky to have my lower back pain relieved relatively quickly. Dre. Michele took the time to fully explain in detail what the issue was with my back pain and how she would help relieve the pain….. x rays were taken to show me what the problem was so that I could get a visual.
