“I took Prenatal Yoga with Nicole and it was excellent. I didn't have time with my secound pregnancy and boy did it make a difference . Definitely recommend for anyone wanting the best chance for a smooth easy delivery.”

“I absolutely adore Carolyn and her guidance!!! She is just the most magical yoga instructor, making this experience so enjoyable even for someone very new to yoga. I also love her mindful meditations at the beginning and the end of Carolyn's session. The studio has a very inviting atmosphere and lighting. One thing that needs improvement is the sliding / broken floor. It sometimes makes it very difficult to do poses when the floor pieces are sliding all over the place. The gaps in the floor also hurt my knees. This issue has been brought up to the owner for a while but sadly not addressed - a floor is arguably the most important part of a yoga studio. Other than that, it's a great place!”Read moreShow less

“Taking prenatal yoga classes with Nicole was truly one of the best decisions I made during my pregnancy — and now that I’ve had my baby, I can honestly say how helpful it really was. Her classes kept me active, comfortable, and connected to my body throughout pregnancy. The breathing techniques and gentle movements made such a difference in easing discomfort and helping me feel strong and prepared for birth. I used the breathing techniques during labor, and I’m so grateful I had practiced them beforehand. Even after having my baby, her techniques continue to help me so much. The breathing, body awareness, and gentle core connection have supported my recovery and helped me feel more grounded postpartum. It’s something I still carry with me every day. Nicole creates such a calm, supportive space, and I’m incredibly thankful for the strength and confidence her classes gave me during pregnancy and beyond. I would highly recommend her to any expecting mama 🤍”Read moreShow less

“I can't say enough good things about Chinook Yoga. What a wonderful place with knowledgeable, helpful and encouraging teachers. I am a 56 year old beginner yoga student with lots of physical issues (chronic low back issues, arthritis, overweight, etc). Chinook has really helped me to listen to my body, respect where I am at, and be gentle with myself. The teachers are awesome at guiding the students to do poses in modified ways that are safe but still challenging for every body. And the teachers and students are just normal people of all ages with normal bodies of all shapes, and sizes. Not intimidating at all. Hope to see you there! 💜💜💜💜💜”Read moreShow less
