“The staff are friendly and went above and beyond to accommodate us. I can’t recommend this establishment enough. We booked the contrast therapy followed by the sensory tank and felt the stress melt away. The staff are extremely knowledgeable and walk you through each treatment. The rooms are spotless and the aesthetic is extremely homely and relaxing. The pricing is extremely fair and we will definitely be back!!”

“Chill Out, and Natalie Hamilton, are a miracle for our family. Living with epilepsy, differing abilities, physical differences, and medical anomalies has made for a challenging life for our son. Over 20 surgeries in his short 23 years has left him with many scars both physically and emotionally. Then he was in an accident last November that limited his mobility, initiated nerve issues and caused full body spasms. His independence and adventurous spirit were definitely affected. When Natalie worked on him the first time, doing craniosacral therapy/myofascial treatments, there was a visible difference in his physical presence, and an incredible shift in his emotional well-being! His nervous system was finally starting to rest. By his second session he was ready to trust even more. Scars released, pain subsided, spasms stopped… tears were shed both times, by all of us. We look forward to travelling to Cold Lake regularly to have more sessions and watch his transformation. Thank you Devon for your beautiful facility, and for your very skilled staff.”

“I had the most incredible massage today with Terrence — truly the best I’ve ever experienced. His technique is deep, precise, and incredibly intuitive. He found all the right spots without me having to say a word, and his hands are absolute magic. As a woman, I understand that having a massage from the opposite sex can sometimes feel a bit daunting, but Terrence’s professionalism, calm energy, and respectful approach immediately put me at ease. He struck the perfect balance between being friendly and giving me space to fully relax and unwind. The spa itself is welcoming, spotless, and beautifully decorated — the perfect atmosphere to recharge. This is definitely my new go-to spot for relaxation and self-care. I can’t recommend Terrence enough!”

“My husband and I used the float pod and I cannot say enough good things. First the pod is the perfect temperature and everything is in your control. The weightlessness it provides helps sooth sore muscles and joints — I was having back and rib pain and now this is gone. The experience also allowed me to turn my brain off and just be present. The physical space is so beautiful and gives off the most relaxing vibe and provides you with everything you need. I would recommend that if it’s your first few times you book in for 30 minutes and work up to an hour. We absolutely LOVE Chillout and will be back to float again soon.”

“We were absolutely blown away by Chill Out's new infrared sauna and cold plunge room. We loved that it is completely private and beautifully decorated inside. We found the sauna to be the perfect temperature and felt great after taking a dip in the freezing water. True relaxation! Would recommend.”

“Love the vibe of this place, it’s warm and welcoming. I have done the Sauna/Cold plunge and it was the absolute best way to unwind for an hour. I also had the Sunday Reset facial massage with Alanna. It was truly one of the best treatments I’ve ever had. It’s very obvious that Alanna is extremely knowledgeable about skin. I really enjoyed how she explained what she was doing and where/ why we hold tension. 10/10 would recommend.”
