“I made the appointment and I incorrectly thought the time was a different time. No-one called to confirm appointment. Even on the day of the appointment no-one called and when I showed up all I got was excuses and told I was 1/2 hr late when I was 20min late. Very unprofessional. If I could give a negative star rating regarding this I would. One star is too good.”
