“Had one worker that had not acted very professional, and so switched social workers and ended up with another worker who went above and beyond and when she went to leave for a while she put on our file another lovely lady and also shared abit about our families previous bad experiences to help prepare an find the right person. But over all there needs to be an improvement in their overall relationship skills and ethics with their clients.”
