“- I have tried about 5 different RMTs (registered massage therapists). Hélène is the best RMT I’ve encountered — if not, one of the best! - Hélène takes her work seriously and is clearly passionate about her work (is highly knowledgeable, runs her own practice/store, always has answers to my questions/concerns). - All my sessions (about 10) with Hélène have been high quality — even if I’m the last client of the day. She has been extremely thorough and attentive to my preferences each time. - Hélène has a ton of experience; and experience (for RMTs) seems to be highly correlated to the quality of the service. - Hélène is very approachable and kind — making it easy to communicate your preferences and discomforts. :) - I highly recommend Hélène.”Read moreShow less

“I've been going to Helene for Massage Therapy for many years. With the Aligned approach I have rarely felt my afflictions such as sciatica, plantar fasciitis, or my shoulder and neck pain that had stayed with me from my early days. Helene is very skilled in massage therapy and in knowing some exercises I can do at home to relieve pain. I would absolutely recommend Helene. Very professional and personable.
