“I absolutely love Dr. Wong — honestly, she’s my favorite dentist ever. She’s incredibly knowledgeable, patient, and truly understanding, which makes every visit feel calm and reassuring. I also really appreciate that it’s a small office; it feels personal and welcoming. Even though the clinic is downtown, they have parking available for clients, which is a huge plus. “I had such a great experience when I came in for my cleaning and checkup as a new patient. Everyone was so kind and easygoing, especially Kristi who welcomed me at the front desk and made it feel like home. I sometimes get nervous before dental appointments, but the staff made the whole thing surprisingly calm and comfortable! For my appointment, Kahlile and Dr. Hassan were amazing. They were both super gentle and took the time to explain what they were doing without making it feel clinical or rushed. They both made sure I was doing okay throughout, which I really appreciated. The clinic itself felt clean and modern, but still welcoming. it’s not one of those places that feels cold or too “medical.” You can tell they put effort into making patients feel at ease. I walked out actually smiling (which isn’t something I usually say after the dentist).
