“I had a very disappointing experience at this clinic. My eye exam was significantly delayed, and the staff were unprofessional. Dr. Isabelle Page appeared cold and rushed through the exam, making assumptions about me that felt inappropriate. I did not receive clear explanations about my eye health, and the clinic does not provide free samples. Overall, I would not recommend this clinic.”Read moreShow less

“I came here once for an eye exam and now they text me spam WEEKLY about booking another exam. I have sent them texts and emails in response asking them to please stop spamming me, and they refuse. “I was first skeptical going there considering the different comments (I went there for an urgent issue with my eye), but they offered a very quick appointment, fitting perfectly my urgent issue (from one day to another, lucky me) I understand that some people might not have a good feeling with the doctor there, but it appeared to me that she was very effective, going quick, and not hesitating in giving best practice advises (what some people might receive as rude critics or whatsoever). Very "straight to the point" which is to me what real pro are doing. (My opinion only) Also actually quite nice in her will to help you with your issue, making you understand what could have been avoided, what could do better. To me, better a doctor helping you to cure the cause, than a doctor that is excessively compassionate about your current situation. Well I had a good experience here, they helped me and reassured me on short notice and with efficiency. Provided the right medical treatment. And they were all nice and respectful. I'll go there anytime in the future for any vision issue !”Read moreShow less

“I’m not one to leave negative reviews, but it has to be said. I went in for an emergency eye exam, mainly to get a referral to see a specialist. The optometrist was cold, rigid, and condescending. She was openly rude to a staff member in front of customers which created an uncomfortable atmosphere for all. She dismissed everything I told her about my medical history, only to find herself googling my condition and assessing that I was probably right. I don’t expect doctors to know it all, but I do expect they make a slight effort to be thorough without dismissing potentially serious symptoms. If you are a doctor with poor bedside manner, at least make up for it in competence. If you choose to visit this clinic, please do not forget to advocate for yourself! She clearly doesn’t care and you’re just another number in her case load. I should add however, that the receptionist was lovely!”Read moreShow less
