“L4 L5 S1 for many years. Every doctor I went to tried giving me epidurals nerve blocks and recommended spinal fusion surgery to alleviate pain. Nothing worked no medicines except for addicting opiates were able to get me out of pain. I have now gone to my fourth visit with Dr Haines. This doctor is absolutely a miracle. In just three sessions he was able to not only diagnose what is going on with my back but has worked on getting me out of pain. A week ago before I met Dr Haines I could not lift up my left foot to put into my pants. I now have full range in motion back and have been out of pain since I have met the doctor. Truly worth gold in my opinion considering I’ve been dealing with this problem for many many years. What a gem and my personal recommendation to anybody who has suffered from nerve damage or lower back pain give Dr Haines a try it’s worth it.”Read moreShow less

“I have been seeing Dr Hains for at least 15 years. He’s the only chiro that I trust. I’ve had many problems over the years (back, leg,etc) and he has always helped me. Martine Dr Hains receptionist is also great. She is very considerate and always helped me get an appointment even at the last minute. She is very patient and understanding. I’m on the road and I have had to cancel many times and she is understanding and always accommodate my needs. They make a great team!”Read moreShow less

“Dr. Hains honestly saved my life. I was 24 years old with 2 herniated disks and had been off of work for about 9 months. I was walking at a 90degree angle like an old old lady. My doctor just kept prescribing Lyrica and Morphine. Essentially, I was drugged up all the time and the Lyrica made me spiral into a deep depression. I didn't think I would ever be back to normal. I had scheduled an appointment with a back surgeon for August for a consultation on a surgery that only had a 50% chance of working. I was recommended to Dr. Hains and my first appointment was at the beginning of June. First thing he told me was that I wouldn't be like that forever and that he promised he would fix me. I started crying right away. I told him he had 2 months to make me "better" before I went to see the back surgeon in august. He had me in his office 4 days a week for 2 months (you have to remember that this situation was extreme and had been ongoing for almost a year at this point so it wasn't a quick fix solution). By the time august rolled around, I was walking straight again and could finally go about my day with limited pain. Needless to say I didn't need the appointment with the surgeon, Dr. Hains stuck to his promise and within a few months I was 100% again. Highly highly highly recommend. He's not a chiro who will "crack" your back or anything unnecessary. I've recommended so many people to him and they're all very happy with his service! Martine the secretary is also amazing. “Very good experience. Have been to physiotherapist, osteopath and my own GP. Dr. Haines not only diagnosed correctly arthritis in my hip not diagnosed but others but provided treatment relief and an exercise regime that proved helpful.”
