“I confirmed before my appointment that they accepted my insurance specifically, received confirmation, and day of they claim it doesn’t work in their system. I showed the email between me and them, confirming my insurance works. They simply shrugged their shoulders and said it isn’t working. I was required to pay everything up front. Zero customer service or care for their clients. EN PLUS, I created this rdv for a cleaning, yet all they did for an hour was x-rays and asked me to create another rdv to come back. I was told if would be a complete cleaning and x-rays. I left with my teeth still being as dirty as when I arrived.”Read moreShow less

“I love my dentist! She’s very knowledgeable, compassionate & caring. She puts the patients needs as her priority and takes the time to explain & answers all of my questions. She is accommodating to the patients dental budget and what they choose to prioritize. She has a serious eye for detail & is a perfectionist with her work. The hygienists are wonderful! Sweet, gentle and am always satisfied with my procedures. I have sensitive gums and I have never had a complaint about their cleanings. Dr. Endo & the staff are always a pleasure to see. “Needed to see a dentist close to home. They were very quick to book me in. Running behind for my appointment but were very friendly, the place was clean and I felt very comfortable. “I had two separate gum graft operations (lower front 4 and lower left 3) performed by Dr. Endo at the clinic amounting to $2800 plus the initial appointment. Unlike some other reviewers, I have had a pleasant interaction with the reception and clinic staff. Unfortunately I am disappointed in the results of the grafts. Although Dr. Endo showed lots of confidence, the procedures themselves were not so smooth and the results underwhelming. When questioned, the doctor's response was a hard defensive one refusing to admit any shortcomings. The doctors here operate more or less independently. Since Dr. Endo denied any deficiencies, the clinic management have no means to assist in such cases. There is no oversight and grievances must be taken up at a provincial level. I regret having had the surgeries here. Although they were less expensive than a periodontist, the procedure, pain afterward, and inconsistent results are just not worth it.”Read moreShow less

The services I have been given have been consistently and efficiently coordinated with my insurance coverage. The dental hygienist whose care I have had the privilege of receiving has been exceedingly thorough and ever mindful of my well-being.
