“The staff ,secretary, dentists, dental assistants are very very kind, really pay attention to what the patient says, to the fears the patient has , they explained all in detail and gave me a few options...they helped me overcome my phobia of dentists, they call back to make sure you are ok, everytime I called them they answer fast listen carefully ,they really take their time with their patients...very professional.”Read moreShow less

“I took my daughter here recently for a tooth issue. She did not see her usual dentist (Dr Georges 10/5 stars). As always the place is clean, the receptionist is friendly, welcoming and helpful 10/5 stars, and even the new dentist and his assisant was alright. The cleaning and Xray process went well. What I did not like was he treated my daughters appointment as a money grabbing situation. He gave her a list of cavities that need to be filled that cost almost $1500 combine, but I was not satisfied because I look at her Xrays. I told her there is no way she has all those cavities especially that she is young, and she takes better care of her teeth since Dr Georges (10/5 stars) started to be her dentist. I was correct because I took her and her Xray to another dentist, and the dentist says that I am correct. She only has a tiny cavity in one tooth, and a little bigger in another but the repair is not urgent. I would think that choosing a profession should be something one is passionate about and treat as if a calling, and your patients wellbeing will be your first priority, but it is not when you do not do it ethically. Anyone who does anything for the sole purspose of making money is not someone to trust; people like that have no conscience and have no problem harming another person for the sake of making more money. This makes me upset because I know what it is like to have your good teeth digged into to have unecessary fillings just so a dental establishment can make more money. I have to live with the conséquences of that. God sees every dishonest things we do so please do better, so you will not have to reap what you sow. I believe in forgiveness as God forgives us, so please see this as an advice to do better; by being more honest with other clients next time. I would really appreciate if you start doing what you do because you care about people having healthy teeth and proper dental hygiène; you are getting paid after the service regardless. Lastly, I did NOT have this issue with Dr Georges. Every time my daughter sees him, we are always satisfy. Dr George has never made me pay for nor do any unnecessary prodecures that my daughter does not need. My expérience with him has always been satisfactory, because he is very calm, polite and he has impeccable bedside manners. Although I prefer Dr Georges to take care of my daughter's teeth, I do not dislike the new dentist my daughter saw, because as mentioned above, I think he is alright, but the 1 star is for him because I am not pleased with him for wanting to mess with my child's good teeth just to charge me more money. PS: I have the Xray and the list of "cavities" that need to be fixed, so think clearly before your response. Also, the dentist I took her to for a second opinion has no problem clarifying what I typed here. Response to the owner: You had me until I read the third paragraph of your response. I typed a very honest review about my recent visit. The dentist took the time to list every tooth that has a cavity and the cost, so I would like to know how is this a miscommunication or misunderstanding issue? I asked all the questions, and I requested a copy of the document that included the procedures and cost, and the other dentist review the XRay. I do not like the idea of filtering the truth. I already expressed in precise detail what my issue is with this recent visit, so I have no reason to contact you to be répétitive. The dentist is the person who needs addressing. Also, I would have really appreciated if you did not respond, because calling this issue a miscommunication and misunderstanding is an insult to my intelligence. I have a problem with him wanting to dig into my daughter's good teeth in the name of making more money; unethical. I would like you to address that with him please; so he can do better for the other patients, instead of making it a miscommunication and misunderstanding issue because it is not. “From the moment I walked in, I felt at ease. Golnaz, the dental assistant, was extremely nice and attentive, and Dr. Marianne Laurendeau took the time to explain each stage of the treatment. Her secreter Jessica also explained me all the treatment plan and the prices thoroughly. I felt very comfortable during the entire procedure. “I’ve always been terribly scared of going to the dentist but I can honestly say I’ve never had a bad experience here. Dr. Laurendeau is the most amazing, gentle and caring dentist. She always takes the time to explain what she’s doing, makes sure I’m comfortable, and truly puts me at ease, which is something I never thought I’d say about being in a dentist’s chair! My dental hygienist, Iwona, is also absolutely wonderful. She is so thorough yet incredibly gentle, and every cleaning leaves my teeth feeling the cleanest they’ve ever felt. She pays attention to detail, gives helpful tips for at-home care, and makes the whole experience so positive. And I can’t forget to mention Jessica at the front desk. She’s always so warm, welcoming and accommodating, especially with my busy schedule. She somehow manages to find the perfect appointment times and makes the whole process stress-free from start to finish.
