“Today I was late 20 minutes for uncontrolled emergency. When I arrived, a dentist assistant treated me badly. She was behaving ARROGANTLY. She was even accusing me that this was not my first time of being late. Definitely, this is NOT true. It the first time I saw her. For the last 15 years I am dealing with this clinic, I don’t recall I was late even one time. The worse thing, the receptionist, agreed with her that this was not the first time. When I challenged them to give me one time I was late. they failed to do so. This is not the correct way to deal with customers. They should understand that this is a business, and this business is going on because customers come in. The moment they start being arrogant and accusing people of whatever things, people will leave. I did a filling 2 months ago, still hurts me. When I went today, their main concern was cleaning my teeth, they did not care about the pain I have, even though I told the receptionist last week that I have the pain. I am NOT gonna deal with this clinic anymore NEITHER any of my family.”
