“I went to this clinic for a dental cleaning in February 2025 and paid the full bill of $290 at the time of the appointment. 13 months later, I received an email stating that I now owe an additional $78 for “polishing” that they say was not included in the original bill. It’s surprising to receive an additional charge more than a year after a treatment that was already paid in full. I’m currently trying to resolve this with the clinic and hope the situation can be clarified. I will update this review once the issue is resolved. UPDATE: After posting this review, the clinic responded publicly (two times with one update to their response) stating that the charge had been credited and the balance cleared. I appreciate that the amount was removed. However, I never received written confirmation or an updated invoice showing a $0 balance despite requesting it. Clear billing documentation would help avoid confusion in situations like this.”
