“I started off searching for yoga classes that I can take close to home. After finding these and falling in love with the teachers I have been going for almost 2 years and still love it! Affordable, great time of the week and offered in French and English! No regrets! Then! I decided I would try seeing Dr.Josee as a Chiropractor as none of my other methods of pain relief were working. She sat me down and explained everything to me before we started. Her welcoming personality makes it easy to ask questions and appointments never seem rushed. After doing a few treatments I found out that her work was not only helping me with pain it was also helping me become more flexible in yoga, stronger in hockey and improve my posture dramatically.
