The staff are warm, welcoming, and always professional, making every visit a pleasant experience. The physiotherapists and massage therapists are highly skilled, knowledgeable, and genuinely committed to their patients' recovery. I would especially like to thank Dr. Zabir, the director of this branch, for his exceptional care. He is a kind, humble, and down-to-earth person who personally treated the injuries I sustained in my car accident. His expertise, compassion, and dedication played a significant role in my recovery. I also appreciate that the clinic consistently sends appointment reminders about an hour before each visit, which is very helpful and shows their commitment to excellent patient care. “This review is long overdue, as I have been a patient of this clinic since 3 years for various illnesses, my most recent treatment being this month. I woulld attibute this review to very experienced physiotherapist, who was highly recomended to me by a friend. This Physiotherapist's name is Dr. Jawad Nejatbakhsh. He is ceratinly a dedicated and focused therapist and resolving my illness was always his first priority. Besides, he is easy to communicate, polite and friendly. He made me feel confident that his treatment would result in a happy and cured patient. I can vouch for him whole heartedly. He was also patient in listening and understanding my problems and explaining what the problem is and providing the right solution. I would also like to commend one of his team, who assisted Dr.Jawad in my treatment process. Her name is Nilofar. I am sure Dr Jawad and Nilofar are great assets to Lifemark, the profession and their patients. I would not hesitate to recommend them to anyone who needs their service.”Read moreShow less

“Staff is great. Always on time and their skills certainly helped make a difference in my life. Hats off to Mohammad for his adequate intake documention. Maria my regular therapist, who is very skilled and thoughtful. Nikofur, my one time but pleasant and skilled therapist. Together they have helped ease and almost remove the pain. I would say the weakest link to this location would be in the administrative department. Although they work hard and are very pleasant and competent, I feel there could be at another person to help manage the busy phones and / or greet clients. “Ruhana is an exceptional physiotherapist, and I feel truly lucky to be under her care. From the very first session, I’ve been feeling better, which speaks volumes about her skill and dedication. She takes the time to listen carefully to every detail and shows genuine sensitivity and understanding toward her patients. “I had such a great experience with Javad, my mom’s physiotherapist. He is truly an amazing physiotherapist, so patient, kind, and genuinely caring. From the very beginning, he took the time to understand my mom’s condition and made sure she felt comfortable and supported throughout her sessions. What really stood out was his patience and attention to detail. He never rushed anything and always explained each exercise clearly, which made a huge difference in my mom’s confidence and progress.
