“The staff here are friendly and very knowledgeable. I want to specifically thank my physiotherapist Ison.He was fantastic. I came in with extreme pain from a muscle strain, but through his targeted therapy and progressive exercise plan, I am now completely pain-free. Thank you so much to the whole team!”

“Please please never go this location. If you insurance refers your here, immediately change it to any different location. The time management is horrible I have ever seen, my friend had an appointment at 10:30 am her turn to see the dr. At 12:30 pm. My appointment was 11:30. It’s been 1:00 pm now and still no one is here. Idk what are they running here. Totally unprofessional”

“My most recent experience at Central Park has been excellent with the physiotherapist. Can't say enough good things about him and Michelle. I've used off Central Park through the years as I needed physiotherapy for various joints after knee and now hip surgery. Lots of equipment, clean and quiet atmosphere. Highly recommend.”

“I tried to write this review earlier but it wouldn't let me... I came here for a examination back in december and I had a horrible experience with the physiatrist... she was very rough and rude with me and I told her about where I was sore and she didn't seem to care. I left feeling so uncomfortable.. i'm glad I don't have to go back..”

“If I could give this place a MINUS ZERO - I WOULD..!! THEY APPEAR TO BE MOST INCOMPETENT & INEFFICIENT: 2 weeks prior, They made an appointment for me to see a Therapist on June 23, 2022 @ 11:30. When I just happened to call that day for directions, they insisted they had no Therapist available for that morning, and that they DO NOT book for morning appointments (Although I had booked 2 weeks prior, they never even bothered to call to advise me of that. So, if I hadn't called, I would've gone on a wasted trip). Then they re-booked me for 3 WEEKS LATER - AGAIN @ 11:30. Now, 2 weeks later, I received a call trying to re-book me for yet another time, BECAUSE THEY "DO NOT BOOK APPOINTMENTS IN THE MORNING"!! Why make TWO 11:30 appointments in the first place if you DO NOT book in the mornings?? Apparently they cannot co-ordinate their appointment times properly. I cancelled and will go someplace else, because I URGENTLY needed Physio, yet after more than one whole month I've still not seen their Therapist. Unfortunately, I would not recommend them.”
