“Went to this clinic after watching an ad on Instagram where the Manager says "FREE TEETH WHITENING" and when i went to clinic they did a basic cleaning and i left and i called them back asking about the teeth whitening so they hand over me a cheap $5-$10 whitening kit which she haven't mentioned in the ad that they are offering this cheap kit. I have to go back and pickup this kit as they forgot to give me at my visit lol. So avoid going here if you are expecting the actual teeth whitening.”

“I have terrible dental anxiety and after many recommendations, I decided to try Central Dental . Dr.Sumit Abrol and all the staff are so comforting and supportive. They are also very patient and gentle. I’ve had extractions, a cleaning, fillings, a couple of root canals and crowns. (Note: I have never seen the same dentist more than a few times, so that’s huge for me!! )No pain, very little bleeding for the extractions. Highly recommend coming here. Thank you Dr.Sumit Abrol and staff!!”

“When my 14-year-old son accidentally broke his two front teeth late on a Thursday, they went above and beyond by coming in early the next morning to accommodate him. Their quick response ensured no further damage or complications occurred! The entire team at Central Dental has been incredible to work with. They take the time to clearly explain each procedure and how it will be managed, which is greatly appreciated!”

“I went to this clinic for an emergency exam and made it clear from the start that didn’t want any treatment. The assistant and front lady was polite and professional, but the doctor was the complete opposite.After the first X-ray which I agreed to because it was needed. I overheard the doctor say to the assistant, “make the money at least” before ordering another one. Absolutely disgusting behavior. Instead of caring about the patient, his priority was squeezing out as much money as possible.This place is money-hungry, unprofessional, and not trustworthy. I would never recommend it to anyone”

“A little bit ticked off . After using this clinic since covid, everything was AWESOME .Then they hired a Asian hygienist who basically signed me up for a bunch of stuff I told her over 7 times I couldn't afford.she continued with "it's okay it's okay " after multiple attempts to tell her I HAVE 125 dollars for this entire appointment. She still had the stuff I didn't want or couldn't afford at the time done and billed me for it . 😒 They have done about 3 different office staff and dentist shifts in under 2 years as Mr summits wife no longer practices here with him . The new male hygienist doesn't know when to shut up my last appointment I waited 45 minutes for him to finish an already half way done cleaning on a guy but he wouldn't stop talking to actually have the job completed in a timely manner. He kept asking massive indepepth questions, forcing the patient to answer in 1-4 minute speeches . The last time i came in for 2 fillings they then wanted x rays that's fine ....for them to than tell me there isn't any cavities that need to be filled....YET THEY BOOKED ME IN FOR 2 FILLS 🤔 . I went to a new dentist that week to find I HAVE SEVEN CAVITITES THIS OFFICE JUST DIREGARDED AND LIED TO MY FACE SAYING THEY WERENT THERE WHEN I TOLD THEM MULTIPLE TIMES I HAD PAIN AND CAVITIES .. The dentists are always rushing around because they line up 4 people in the same time slot . Im disappointed in this office and the care they provided me when I paid them in full every single payment plan and never screwed them over but they gladly screwed me every single change they were givin. I feel bad for the front desk staff. The one girl there works her butt off and is so nice but deals with people freaking out due to negligence and mistakes all the time I'm sure .”
