“I had an appointment at 11 a.m. I even received a phone call the day before confirming it. Imagine my surprise when I arrived and found the door locked, with a message stating that no one would be there until 11:30 a.m. I left a voicemail explaining the situation. I was even more surprised when I received a voicemail back informing me that I had missed my appointment and that they would charge me for the session! Finally, I managed to speak to someone on the phone, and they blamed me. They claimed that someone was there and that I hadn’t noticed. It seems I hadn’t knocked “strongly enough.” I understand that people go out for lunch, but I can’t comprehend the audacity of the person at the front desk. They know there are appointments scheduled at that time and simply close the door, leave an away message, and assume people will figure it out. This isn’t the first time I’ve had a negative experience at the Central Chiropractic Centre (once they booked me as a different person to see a chiropractor when I requested a therapeutic massage). However, this incident was far worse. I’m genuinely sorry for Jeremy because he is a great massage therapist, but the nerve of the person at the front desk, threatening to charge me for an appointment I missed because of their actions, is simply incredible. Avoid this place. The unprofessional behaviour of the receptionist and her lack of respect for your time and money is unbelievable. Why would you choose a place where they don’t care about their customers while having more options in downtown?”

“Dr. Justin Schaeffer is the only Chiropractor in the enitre Winnipeg who meets my standards and expectations of chiropractic care and believe me when i tell you that I have ridiculosuly high expectations when it comes to my health care. He is extremely wellmannered and gentle manly, he is calm but meticulously focused and deeply engaged with the patient. He takes his time to assess and treat in each appointment as it comes and never makes me feel like he has to get to his next patient ASAP. Each time I leave his clinic every joint and muscle in my body is feelings relaxed and soothed. “This is a true story and I am a real person . I never believed in chiropractors. In my opinion I didn’t think they healed anybody Then I started getting these headaches everyday … had MRI, CT scans saw brain doctors for medications but still these headaches persisted ….everyday …for over a year I finally decided to give a chiropractor a chance. And after multiple sessions my headaches went away and have never returned I will always be grateful to Dr Justin for what he did for me. I still continue to see him for a fix or just a tune up . I would recommend him to anyone”

“Dr. Justin is one of the best practitioners I have encountered. Very knowledgeable, kind and took his time to ensure I understood everything. I dont interact much with the medical and wellness practitioners in Winnipeg, but I can confidently say this was the best doctor I have visited in the last 20 years. The reception staff is also very kind and happy to answer all questions. Office space is clean and inviting too! I highly recommend!”

“It was my first time visiting a chiropractor yesterday. I admit I was anxious and little skeptical given the amount of propaganda over chiropractors not being real doctors... I can firmly say it isn't true in the least, I had the best experience. The doctor was well informed, let me know exactly what was happening before he did anything, was very kind as well. The team is professional and the space is very clean. I have appointments scheduled moving forward to help my hip. With just one session I already have less pain in my lower back.
