“I can’t recommend Mehmet highly enough. He is an incredibly caring and attentive physiotherapist, and more importantly, his professional knowledge is outstanding. I was suffering from a frozen shoulder and chronic back pain. Mehmet genuinely helped me manage and reduce the pain. He doesn’t rely on just one technique — instead, he creates a personalized treatment plan based on your specific needs. Throughout my treatment, he used a combination of dry needling, shockwave therapy, manual therapy, cupping, and massage, always explaining what he was doing and why. In addition, he taught me various exercises that have been extremely helpful for my recovery, empowering me to continue improving outside of the clinic. You can really tell that he cares about his patients and their recovery. His hands-on skills, experience, and thoughtful approach made a huge difference for me.
