“Took me a while to figure out if I was going to write this review. Every time I go in, the work he does cuts my face its so sharp after. It crumbles and falls out. I have to use scissors to remove dental floss from the jagged work he does on my teeth. He grinds down my teeth so extremely with out concent and leaves it gaping which hurts for weeks after. He cut into my lip with the grinder and it got stuck while he tore at it to let go of my face. It hurt very badly when the freezing wore off and it took weeks to heal with so much blood. He didnt say a thing he just walked out after it happened. He usually just walks out before I can tell him his jagged work cits my lips and tung. He doesnt care. I know someone who got a chip fixed on their face only for it to fall out the same day and break even further. Fox even had the ego to order my friends dentures with out concent after he didnt want to go to his dentist office anymore. He got billed for it and didnt agree to it. I'm broke. Like really broke. But id rather my teeth fall out then see this dentist again. The staff are nice but dont understand how to respect me and my friend canceling services with persistent repetitive calls. **edit to add. The time he accidentally cut into my face, he also destroyed my back molar, leaving only one jagged shard on it instead of the 4 peaks my tooth used to have, and fused it to the tooth beside it leaving zero gap between both teeth, making them one massive tooth. He did the same this last time with my seccond to front tooth after he DEEPLY drilled my stains off leaving my tooth deformed then fused that tooth to my front tooth.”Read moreShow less

“I want to give a huge Rave to cedar Ave dental in trail , dr. Fox and his crew for going above and beyond with my teeth getting them back to where I can smile again without shame and pain. I was told by a different dentist most of my teeth were not fixable. Well dr. “Well I must say that my first visit to the clinic was impressive, painless and easy. I'm a first time patient at the clinic and when I booked, I offered to fill any cancelled appointments. They called me in early and I was free to make it. I was to get some x-rays and a clean. My hygienist was Vinisha and in all my 62 years, I have never experienced such gentle dental. If she ever ends up starting her own practice, I hope she's calls it Gentle Dental. Amazing! Today I go back for fillings and consultation on repair work. “I went to this dentist as a youth from care who needed quite a bit of work (root canal, fillings, etc). I moved to penticton about 4 years ago now, and I am not even joking when I say this: every single bit of work this dentist did on my teeth has failed miserably, crumbled, and has ended up hurting extremely bad. I mean I get it; if you're in a pinch and that's all you can afford, you can go to this dentist. But just be prepared to pay much more money from a better qualified dentist to get ALL of your teeth re done because there's a 100% chance they will end up hurting, being infected, and quite literally crumbling and breaking out of your mouth. He also missed several canals on my root canals and now I have to pay thousands of dollars to go to a root canal specialist in penticton. Just don't do it; go somewhere else and do your research. I get that if you're needing immediate dental work and wanting a cheap option you go to the cheapest one first; but trust me: it isn't worth it, you'll just have to get it all redone anyways. ALSO when he did my fillings and root canal, I remember chunks of my broken tooth still being in my mouth after .... No proper clean up and super uncomfortable. Zero stars.”Read moreShow less

“This is by far the worst dentist and receptionist I have ever experienced! I had been going there for 4 years and just switched to a different dentist due to moving. I have a mouth full of cavities and a root canal! After already having two root canals with Dr fox and many fillings. I had one appointment booked for a filling before not going there anymore. Not root canals and having the new dentist telling me he's going to make a plan on how to approach my teeth. Dr. Fox is out dated and needs to retire he doesn't have the proper xrays or machines or techniques anymore. His receptionist is awful just because she is the rudest person you will ever meet. So I wasted years as my cavities just kept getting bigger and have more than I even recall his saying but the big screen in front of me that shows my teeth I remember talking about at least 6 that were previously done by Mr. Fox. He's far past the age of retirement by now and he's ruining people's lively hood and teeth because of it.”Read moreShow less
