“Elise is a professional, friendly, and highly skilled RMT. She has been very helpful in easing my chronic back pain after a car accident. She takes the time to understand the root of your problem, and knows exactly what will help. She is very skilled in deep tissue massage and trigger point work. She also was able to teach me helpful stretches and exercises to do at home. If you have chronic tension, pain issues, or just need a little stress relief, I would highly recommend Cedar Coast Wellness!”
