“I was surprised that this place forces you to keep a credit card on file in order to book an appointment - plus they charge 100% of the appointment. It gave me an instant negative perception of this place prior to my appointment. I don't like that companies seem to feel entitled to hold such personal information on people. Not a good policy.”
