“I’ve been seeing Dr. Chen for about eight years now, and I honestly wouldn’t want to go to anyone else. He’s careful, gentle, and really good at explaining what’s going on so you never feel surprised or stressed. Whether it’s just a regular cleaning or something more serious, everything he’s done for me has turned out really well. He takes his time, answers all my questions, and checks in often to make sure I’m comfortable. The whole office is great too—friendly staff, clean space, and they’re organized with booking and reminders. “We’ve been going to Dr. Chen’s dental clinic for over 4 years, and our whole family has had consistently great experiences. “My mum had really bad tooth pain over the past couple of days, so we first went to a nearby dental clinic—but their pricing was much higher than the government fee guide. Since my dad had an extraction done at this clinic about 9 years ago with Dr. Chen and had a great experience, I decided to give them a call. They were able to get us in the very next day, and their pricing was much more reasonable. We were booked with Dr. Danielle Engel. I’ll admit I was a bit worried at first because my mum had a bad extraction experience before, but Dr. Danielle completely changed that impression. She’s very experienced, knowledgeable, and incredibly patient. She took the time to answer all my questions, and since my mum is considering full-mouth dentures, she carefully walked us through all the options and what would work best for her. She also did an excellent job with the extraction. The procedure was quick and painless, and my mum felt normal the very next day. I have to say, the receptionists were absolutely right — Dr. Danielle is truly an expert in tooth extractions. I highly recommend Dr. Danielle Engel and this clinic.
