“By providing reliable PSW services. By responding to e-mails and phone calls. I'm going to ask my case manager at Ontario Health at Home to switch us to a different provider. I guess I don't have the patience to deal with the lack of professionalism from the management at CBI Health. They're supposed to alleviate my stress and burden, not add to it.🤮”Read moreShow less

“They are supposed to provide bedtime assistance for my 93 year old mother in law, at her assisted living facility. They repeatedly do not show and this week they showed up once before dinner and once immediately after. They are supposed to arrive at 7:30. Unacceptable.”Read moreShow less

“The schedulers do not follow notes about having hoyer lift trained people sent, 2 people, no males. More often than not, 1 or none show. For someone who is stuck in a wheelchair, they don’t even care. They never put her in the shower, they’ve caused several irritations on her body. Nobody calls and when they do it’s at 6pm saying they haven’t found people for the 4pm change. WTF. THEY NEVER ANSWER THE PHONES. This always happens on weekends. No one is accountable. Everyone just says sorry. Sorry doesn’t cut it. It’s abuse and neglect. Bayshore is the exact same.”Read moreShow less

“"Supposed" to have a PSW come between 7&9:30 pm to get a senior ready for bed. Supposed to call before they come. Lucky if we get 2 calls a week. They show up whenever they want. On a regular basis they show up between 4&6 with no call. Booked for an hour visit and most come for about 10-15 minutes. Been trying to get in contact with a supervisor for a year now. Left a review on Google, was told to email them. That also got us nowhere! If you have a choice of companies...Do Not choose this one!”Read moreShow less

“Was going there and they said that I had to do this lifting exercise it tore my rotator cuff and now they want nothing to do with it or me so do not recommend them”

“We are supposed to have psw's vising us 5 days a week. More often than not there is no phone call before arrival or non-appearance. I have a list of tasks written and posted by the door, impossible to miss unless you're trying, because the psw's that did show up had a tendency to just put eyes on my mother and then leave. The ones that show up and follow the care plan we worked out with our care coordinator are great and take a huge weight off my shoulders but they are few and far between.”Read moreShow less

“My husband has ALS and requires homecare. This has been one of the worst experiences of our lives. Homecare either does not show up, or shows up hour(s) early or hour(s) late. They then stay for 10 minutes or less and don't do all the things that are on the care plan. The care plan most days should require a 45 minute visit. I do NOT recommend CBI Home Health.”Read moreShow less
