“I attended CBI Health for a motor vehicle injury and the team was very helpful and accommodating which lead to a great deal of progress in terms of recovery. I started with J.P. for physiotherapy who eventually transferred me to Stefan for chiropractic services. “I was in an accident when a car pulled out in front of my motorcycle. I suffered several broken ribs. I was able to use the services at CBI health for several months with the well qualified services of Physiotherapist JP; Massage Therapist Robert and Chiropractor Stefan . I must also say all of the desk staff are helpful and caring. They are all knowledgeable professionals in their fields. I have been given the excercise tools to continue at home. “Dr. Di Conza, best chiropractor in Northumberland hands down. He is very thorough and uses a combination of techniques such as massage therapy and exercise-based rehab. “I have been to this establishment on 2 seperate occasions. First was for a very sore back that was extremely painful. The chiropractor Stefan fixed me right up. This second time I went, I had Stefan again. Absolutely great experience! He knows his stuff and gets the results. Very highly recommend. “I want to thank Kierra for helping me set up the appointment fits with my schedules. She is the most supportive and flexible to work with. Urvi is very good in identifying the root cause and work with the body to make sure it is getting. She puts in full care with only one goal which is no pain. “I have been going to Chiro with Stephan for the last month and a half and have noticeably improved my neck, shoulder and entire right shoulder movement and posture. I broke my shoulder in 2023. Through Stephan maneuvering, and massaging at our clinic sessions as well as him having me do flexibility and strengthening exercises at home, I have improved so much. I'm not finished yet but sure getting there. I'm impressed with his knowledge, patience and listening skills. He adjusts his techniques based on what sensations and nerve pain I tell him are impacting me at each session. I would recommend him and this shop to anyone who wants to feel better. We'll done!!! “With my busy, ever-changing schedule, finding a physiotherapy clinic that could accommodate me was crucial—and CBI Health Port Hope has been fantastic from start to (almost) finish! When I first inquired about their services through their website, the front desk team, Kiera and Courtney, promptly reached out and were incredibly helpful in getting me set up. They are always warm, welcoming, and accommodating, making the process seamless. My physiotherapist, Urvi, is kind, knowledgeable, and truly invested in my recovery. She takes the time to explain things in detail to satisfy my curious mind and teaches me new methods to help me progress. We’ve even shared lots of laughs along the way.
