“I am a shoulder surgery patient. Went to this location 7 days post op. Unfortunately they were not so competent when it came to post op patients, specifically shoulder surgeries. They even admitted to not having much experience with shoulder patients, and were not very knowledgeable putting on my sling.The staff were kind, however I ended up moving to a different clinic. I was originally advised to do exercises that were inappropriate given the stage of my recovery. My current physio is night and day with their expertise and knowledge when it comes to handling post operative shoulder patients. I feel bad leaving a poor review but I feel like others need to be aware. The CBI staff at Oshawa location are not as knowledgeable compared to other clinics I have visited when handling post operative shoulder clients.”
