“Went here for a MDA for WCB. The lady at the front desk is exceptionally pleasant, organized, professional and kind. I saw 3 practitioners who are not CBI employees which went fine and were all on time. The last person I saw was the physiotherapist Ryan (or Ryon, sorry I don't have his card in front of me). He took his time during his assessment, was extremely pleasant, did a very thorough assessment, ensured that the testing he did was relevant to what I need to be able to do in my workplace and listened. “I have had positive experiences with my physiotherapist visits but I am not pleased with their customer service (or lack of I mean). When you call the office it goes to voicemail and when I personally went to office there was no one at the desk except for a Virtual Assistant IPad thingy. And STILL no one responded so I decided to take my business elsewhere. I’m sure the physio fees from all the physiotherapists that work there could more than cover a human being to work at front desk.”Read moreShow less
