“This review is specifically for Vrunda. I’ve been seeing her since last week. She is very nice, very hard working, she pays attention to detail, she is so patient and unhurried, she puts in so much strength and attention to loosening my tight and painful muscles. “The staff and Doctors at CBI Healthcare are very helpful and friendly. I love the reminder texts that I got the day before my appointments. My doctor explained everything to me very clearly and if I didn't understand she would break it down so I could understand it. “Over the years I have gone to Rina at CBI for various injuries or ailments which happen as we age. Rina has always been very attentive and caring. Her advice and treatment have been excellent. She is extremely knowledgeable and up to date on current treatment practices. “After 2 months of not having proper access to any physio, I was so pleased to be sent to CBI Health in Barrie. I couldn't have been sent to a better place! All the staff even the Front Desk Staff are so friendly, courteous, and very helpful. Customer Service at it's finest. I have mostly been involved with Ann Marie and Alex. Together they have put together a proactive program to help me on my road to recovery. I am really pleased with my progress so far. Along the way I've had questions and concerns and found Ann Marie a very approachable and knowledgeable person to talk to. She was very competent at her job and always professional. She made sure I was doing my exercises properly to ensure I'm getting the full benefits from them. She was in touch with my other workers and made sure I had the proper equipment needed to do exercises at home While I was awaiting assessment she worked on seeing if my rehabilitation could continue without any lapse in time over the holidays. She was always looking out for the patient's best interest. She's been very instrumental in my recovery process with her kindness and laughter.
