“This is my simple observation. I am a retired corporate analyst for a American company. Due to my backpain i was visited this place . Love this clinic. Super clean. Everyone is so professional and friendly. Physiotherapist Alisha Britto and Daniel are exceptionally professional. Amazing service. Specially Physiotherapist Alisha was warm and welcoming and very experienced in her field. You feel that you are in a right place. “Was treated poorly at my first visit. The receptionist had called in sick (totally OK), however the staff treated me like I was a bother that I didn’t know the procedure to check in. Appointment began over 15 minutes late and was then rushed for my assessment. Payment was a struggle to process adding more unnecessary time. “The physio team is top notch. They push you and encourage you to the point of not wanting to heal just so you can come back next week. I came in through a wisb injury and they got me better than working order. Alisha and Daniel are very attentive and caring people but will keep you on track. “I had to go for a work place pre assessment. I’m a nervous mess when it comes to tests. The receptionists were welcoming and friendly, and Daniel, who did my assessment put me right at ease. Great crew and I’d recommend them in a heartbeat! 💓”

“I’ve had a great experience at CBI Health – Burlington Appleby after injuring my knee in a ski accident. From day one, Shilpi has been incredibly knowledgeable and attentive, explaining each step of my treatment and helping me feel confident in my recovery. “I have been a client of CBI off and on for many years. Recently my back was acting up, so I went in. Shilpi, the physiotherapist, saw me. She is very knowledgeable and empathetic. I like CBI because of their teamwork approach. After Shilpi finished working her magic, she and Daniel would discuss what needed working on and Daniel would have me do exercises and set up a program to do at home.
