Highly recommend Lisa at CBI Health! I came in with really bad back pain and after only four sessions, I feel so much better. The entire staff is amazing and welcoming. Lisa is very knowledgeable; she focuses on both pain relief and building strength, and she’s great at answering questions so you actually understand your recovery. Five stars!

An amazing group of professionals!! From the time I first walked in I was looked after by very capable group of people. From Amanda at the front desk to Raia Chloe and Lisa they worked and helped me regain strength and mobility after my knee surgery!! I would strongly recommend this clinic to anyone looking for or needing Physio Therapy!! Thanks again to the wonderful team at CBI Health Victoria Kitchener!!!

Every single person here is amazing!!! I’ve been receiving treatment here for a few weeks now and I can honestly say this is the best I’ve ever been treated. The staff are incredible and so kind to not only the patients, but to each other as well. It’s very refreshing to see.

I came in for treatments after a car accident, they started giving me pain relief cream and 3 exercises. They were not sure what is going on until I get my Ultrasound done. They required me to get one and it took time, because it took time and they were not sure what exercises to give me (waiting on the ultrasound) they decided that I was careless and did not show up to my appointments even though I discussed it with Kinjal, that there is no point of me coming for an 1.5 hours on the bus for 3 exercises then go home. They are very desperate for money and don’t care about providing service. They were on top of things when the applications had to be signed.

I Graduated 🎓 from CBI 2weeks ago. I was there for a broken knee surgery. It was quite the healing process. So a special thank you to Bimlau and Sandra. For helping me get better and back to 85% of my job. They are super nice but also strict to make sure you heal from your injuries. They also helped me through Ramp up and made sure I wasn't over doing. I give them both 5 stars and more, plus everyone else is amazing too. Lindsey who sets you up with the right gals according to your injury and the reception staff super nice and compassionate. I will miss all of you girls.🥰

After many physical setbacks from cancer and cancer treatments my disability insurance company set me up with Lisa a PT at this location. Wow I made improvements that I didn’t even think were possible after more than 2 years of challenges. Lisa’s knowledge of the musculoskeletal and nervous system and then bridging that knowledge to effective exercises is very impressive. I will be missing our regular appointments and I hope to keep working at the next steps she outlined. The clinic runs on time. The staff is friendly and helpful at rescheduling if you need it. I highly recommend.

HIGHLY RECOMMENDED!PHYSIOTHERAPY I HAD EVER!! Lindsay, Brooklyn & Amanda helped a alot in getting me back to normal routine. After the accident, i was having severe back pain issues, which is gone now like it hasn't been there from years. Very Professionals and kind. They are also so flexible in schedule according to my work which is Super awesome. Thank you so much Lindsay and her team. Keep up the great work!

I was referred to this clinic by my insurance provider and the receptionist in there was very rude and unprofessional! Raised her voice at me because I wanted to know more about the company before I gave her my information for my extended health coverage. This woman is very desperate for money and doesn’t care about providing service. Her communication skills is garbage as well. I would advise anyone going there to be very careful about being billed for services not provided because all she was concerned about was money and not about my injury.

Went to see Bimala and Alexandra starting the beginning of February. I was unable to touch the floor with my fingers, unable to raise my arms past my shoulders, I was only able to lift 10 pounds from floor to waist and floor to shoulder, holding 30 pounds (I think) and twisting from right to left and carrying 30 pounds about twenty feet and back. After 7 weeks of sessions I am now able to do all that lifting but at 75 pounds for four reps. I am able to touch the ground and raise my arms over my head. My mobility is beyond the point it was prior to me getting sick. Also they worked on my breathing. I was not able to do 5 to 6 steps on stairs without losing my breath. Now I do 45 steps on the stairs no problem. I feel better and even starting to look better. I also had sessions with Megan the occupational therapist. She worked wonders on my anxiety. She worked with me on focusing and meditation. I was unable to sleep and concentrate on things Megan turned that all around. Even though I am not 100% yet but I am very close. With the skills she gave me I will be there soon. The nicest part of being at CBI the staff actually stop and listen to your concerns. Not just push you through like you are a number They keep telling me how they could see my improvements over the short amount of time. The encouragement was unbelievably good. One of the best parts of doing all your routine exercises in their gym every time I had a session with them is if I was doing something wrong one of them would stop me and show me again how to do it properly. I highly recommend doing your full routine at their gym when they you go ( I know it can be time consuming I spent two hours there every time) but it is well worth the investment on your body. The other plus is that the ladies there also spoke to you so your mind and body get healing not just your body. Bimala Was big on that. Clearing your mind and focusing on yourself. I really enjoyed that part. The only hiccup I had there was getting the portal to work but after a bit of calling around the young lady at the front desk was able to get me in and to stay in. The receptionist were amazing when it came to changing my appointments around. Because it was through my sick benefits they scheduled me for 7 weeks straight at certain times but a few days didn’t work with my schedule so they were able to adjust the times to fit my needs. Even Amanda in the office ( I think she is a manager) was amazing to talk to. We discussed a few times about my memory lose and my lack of ability to do stuff like reading a book for long periods of time. I know I will definitely be going back to them when I need tweaking on my body.
