“I had a great experience at CBI Health. From the front desk staff to the physiotherapist and kinesiologist, everyone was helpful, professional, and considerate. I especially want to thank Shivani, my physiotherapist. She was incredibly supportive and knowledgeable throughout my wrist and elbow recovery journey. “I had an excellent experience with Shivani Champaneria at CBI Health Nepean. After suffering a Type V shoulder injury involving AC and CC joint separation, I underwent shoulder reconstruction surgery on July 2, 2025. I began my physiotherapy at CBI shortly after, and Shivani has been my physiotherapist throughout my recovery. Shivani is extremely knowledgeable, professional, and a great communicator. She created a structured and progressive rehabilitation plan tailored to my condition and guided me through the necessary mobility and strengthening exercises at each stage. Her clear instructions and ongoing support made a big difference in my recovery process. After about six months of consistent physiotherapy under her care, my shoulder has recovered significantly and is now almost back to its original state.
